About Me

Chloe Fan is a senior at Wellesley College majoring in Media Arts & Sciences and Psychology, and hopes to go to graduate school for HCI. She is interested in researching social interaction in ad-hoc communities using tabletop and wall displays and tangible user interfaces.

During her free time, she likes to play guitar, make origami, and watch movies. She hopes to learn how to make mochi ice cream someday.

I would like to acknowledge and thank my wonderful advisors Panagiotis Metaxas, Orit Shaer, and David Olsen for being inspirational and challenging me think outside of the box. Thanks to Thibault Imbert and Joa Ebert for developing WiiFlash, and Nick Winter for his help with the shape recognition algorithm.
